"We just had an amazing experience at Sleep Number on Commercial Street in Salem, Oregon. The sales person, Ali, was very helpful and professional in his expertise. He was very thorough in relaying the difference between each bed model and helped us try out different models to see which worked best for us and our needs. We have yet to receive the bed but we feel confident that it's going to work for both my husband and myself. I will edit this review later when receive and sleep on the bed."
"Great experience with the store. Ali was incredibly helpful, and my wife and I ended up with a bed we really enjoy. Since getting the bed we are incredibly happy with it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a premium bed. In regards to the poor reviews regarding pricing, I can understand the frustrations. The prices are less than clear for all that is purchased as part of a complete bed, but I did not experience any issues with the staff at the store. I think the issue stems from corporate rather than the local store. Ali was very straight-forward on what everything costs, what the return policy was, and was very patient. I neither work for nor have any stake in this company; simply trying to help clarify other reviews I read that made sense to what I saw. If you are in the market for a Sleep Number bed, this is a fantastic place to start. Would purchase from this location again!"
