We ended up leaving that day to go home and measure our living room. We went back the next day and ordered with him because we loved working with him. He explained everything well and was very good at being transparent about the whole process."

I told him my general vision for a sectional I was wanting and he lead us straight to what I liked, showed us all the swatches, helped us customize the shape, went over different options, helped me choose the pillow fabric, and then gave us space to discuss privately. He crunched numbers, did measurements, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and just overall an amazing salesperson and just what we needed to help get us a couch after moving across the country. Jesus himself couldn’t have done a better job getting us what we wanted. I’ve been looking online for months and I’m so glad we came into Furniture Row today! In addition, I’m very satisfied with the prices and the interest free payment options."
"Purchased a dining set and had a wonderful experience. When I decided to change my living room furniture, went to the store, was there for 22 minutes, finally went to the desk, the rude girl said the salespeople were busy with customers that were there before me, which was a lie. Two customers came in after me and were helped right away. A year later, I decided to give them another try, this time my brother and I were there 20 minutes and not one salesperson would take their faces out of their computer screens to even acknowledge us. Have my doubts about these four and five star reviews regarding customer service."
"We love our sectional! No problems with it at all. Delivery was great. The delivery guys were very helpful and even helped move our old couches out. Only 4 stars due to having to call the store to find out if our sectional had arrived. I thought they would have reached out to me first."
