"I've been going to Amy since I moved to OR for almost a year now. Her prices are better than any other place. She does a great job on my nails. She takes forever though. However, there's a big miscommunication each time I go in. I request one thing, and a certain color and Amy just does what she wants and charges me extra. Then, she acts as if she doesn't understand. I have a $30. dollar credit that I was never allowed to use. She said it expired which wasn't accurate. She will give you lotion to charge you more thinking that compensates for the extra charge she added to your bill and it doesn't."
"Really bad service. I went for a shellac manicure and shellac removal from my feet. Amy told me it will cost 40. In the middle of the process, she offered me powder instead of shellac. I accepted but asked if it was for the same price, twice. She confirmed me It was twice. She didn’t worked my cuticles and I asked her why, and she told me it was not included. Really? On a manicure service? She ended up cutting some of them When my nails where already done, and when I went to pay she charged me 55usd! The most expensive manicure I ever paid. She told she added 15usd for the cuticles service. I will never go back to this place. The place was not clean either."
"I went in to have a fill done and Emmie insisted that I needed a backfill for a set of white tips that were only 3 weeks old. Claimed they were yellow. Backfill was done even though I insisted I just wanted a fill. The lines didn't match up on several of my nails and when I told her she didn't even try to fix them. I won't be going back. Have never been so disappointed and if the acrylic weren't to thick I would take them off."
"Worst place I’ve ever been to, she cut my finger didn’t even get the length right even when I asked multiple times for short nails. Her technique is sloppy my fingers are stained red even when I tried washing them"
