"Horrible service!! I called at 10am to make a appointment to have my nails filled. The owner told me to come in at 1pm for my appointment. I drove across town, in traffic to make it there by 1pm. I waited for 20 min and still no service. I was then told to wait longer by the owner. I told her my appointment was for 1pm and that I've already been waiting. She then told me to come back at 2pm for my fill... What was the point of an appointment? I have other appointments today as well. My time is important as to why I made the appointment in the first place! I will never be going back to this nail salon, ever! I recommend going to Image Nails on Hwy 99. The service is great and they are prompt with caring for your needs. time is important as to why I made the appointment in the first place!! I will never go back here, ever!"

"The nails are fine. The bait and switch is not. I called, described the current condition of my nails and very specifically what I wanted. They quoted a price. I confirmed that it included everything I wanted. When I got there they said it would be $5 more. I wasn’t happy, but I said OK. When they were done, they wanted $10 on top of that, so my $56 nails cost $71. Not acceptable. I won’t be back."

"It’s been four days since I had my manicure in the salon. Look my nails have come off already. The salon has bad service, especially if you just walk in without an appointment. The way they treat your nails sucks. I won’t recommend this Save your money ( go to other salon"

"I have never had a worse experience with getting my nails done in my life. After being off of work for about 4 weeks and in and out of the hospital, I was tired of looking at my overgrown nails. Now that I am going back to work tomorrow and starting to feel somewhat like myself again, I wanted to treat myself to fresh new nails. Not only are the nails nothing like what I wanted, the quality is off. They are bumpy and uneven on the surface, the lengths are all uneven. They are not filed evenly or remotely into the shape I wanted. Also not the color I chose. This is all fine. I can live with that but it’s still disappointing. The worst part is how the tech used the tools to dig into my fingers. I was in pain the whole time. I left bleeding. When I got home I washed and sanitized my new open wounds but some of them will not stop bleeding. Not to mention, my tech also had an open wound on her hand. Concerning. I have been in enough pain the last few weeks. I wanted to do something relaxing that would make me feel pretty again. I wanted to do something nice for myself now that I can take care of myself again. Instead I was in pain, I’m left bleeding with open wounds, and my nails don’t even look good. And yep. I still paid for my nails and tipped."
