"I got my nails painted with shellac here, and they did a fine job, but it was just okay compared to other places i go. I tried getting my eyebrows waxed here 3 times, and 2/3 times they did a really disappointing wax job on them, which sucked. They took off the tails of my brows completely and just left two straight lines... you know I can't put the hair back on...."

"I have been going to Cozy Nails since they opened. This past year the quality of service and dedication to their customers has declined. I have gone in and waited for up to 30 minutes when i had an appointment and today I had a scheduled appointment only to be told the owner called and said she isn’t coming in today. I was not called. I left work early to have my nails and toes done. They had nobody else to do them and told me to come back tomorrow. I am trying to decide if I plan to ever go back."
"I went here a few weeks ago, in a rush. They were busy but got my nails done by the time frame I requested. They turned out beautiful! Very relaxing atmosphere and nice ladies! Update: Went back today and decided to upload pics this time. I just love my nails, perfect thickness (I don't like overly thick nails) they are all straight and have a slight curve like a natural nail would. My toes are nice too!"
