"I tried to book an appointment to have my mom's toe nail done at home for her birthday. Kathy kept assuring me it would be a Saturday appointment. I called 3 times prior to Saturday to confirm and get the time with her telling me she would call me. We'll it is sat at appt time slotted. I called her to see what was going on as SHE HAS NOT CALLED ME! Kathy says her technician called in sick but she has excuses for all the other days and NEVER called me! I'm so disappointed as this was my mom's present. Horrible, horrible"
