"I had an appointment for 4 and live literally 2 minutes away. When I was about to leave my son walked in the door and informed me his friend passed away. I got caught up for 10 minutes consoling him and they called me at 408 to see if I was still coming. Very acceptable I felt wo bad I got caught up but I was still planning on going nd giving a good tip I just had to be a mom first and when I proceeded to say my sons friend from school passed away and I was starting to say but I'm still planning on coming in i can be there in less than 5 minutes" but she cut me off and rudely and said "well if your not coming in next time let me know!" Well no there won't be a next time there wasn't even like a "OH I'm sorry to hear that" I've never been so offput by a place. I fully understand business standpoint and making money and yes if I wasn't going to come in for the sake of the person I should let them know I'm not coming in but that wasn't that case."

"I went here for the first time today and am thrilled with my experience. I was able to get a next-day appointment and when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was immediately taken. Danny was my technician and he was polite, professional and very appreciative of my business. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect with my nails. The salon itself was very clean and that scores high on my satisfaction list. I will definitely be going back; I have found my favorite tech and salon!"
