"Ashley is my HOMEGIRL when it comes to getting info on how to proceed with insurance claims and other needs. She took the time to ensure I had a rental car to get to and from work. Her friendly and approachable attitude made dealing with my vandalized car fun and less frustrating. Whenever I call in to this office I hope I get to talk to her again. She makes insurance easy to deal with. I absolutely adore Ashley and hope she works with this office for a long time. Psssst. I think she deserves a raise."

"Joan Johnson and Kaitlin and whoever else works there (They are the names I remember at the top of my head) always made me feel like they cared about me and my safety. I have been insured with them for 4 years. They helped me when my catalytic converter was stolen, and they helped me when my entire car was stolen. Whenever my car was gone or needed repairs, they paid for a rental for me. They are personal and sympathetic. Whenever there was an accident, they helped things be less stressful. Thank you to Joan Johnson and her team!"

"I'll start with Joan is good. However, over the years of having her as our Insurance Rep, it felt like anytime I needed to make a change or had questions it would take multiple calls. Either to correct or clarify. The 'notes' that are kept in their log are of zero use. Final straw came when I needed my insurance provider to be there "like a good neighbor...." I was left out to dry, the note said my changes were..."per Doug". Yes, I'm at fault for not noticing the abbreviation went missing from the insurance card, but I was looking to have an new auto policy added, and I thought my request was simple enough. Match the existing policy coverage limits to the new one. Only when I needed it was it brought to light that "per Doug" the additional coverage was dropped from the existing, however it was/is on the new policy. I may have noticed if it wasn't for the fact that in the shuffle of adding a new policy and expecting my rates to go up, had they communicated what the cost changes were to both policies. Her office was once on top of their stuff, but enough was enough and I've chosen to find another Rep, ironically a former employee of hers' that when he was there, I was never concerned about what was being done or changed. Had Joan been willing to work with me and pay the difference of the additional coverage for the last however long I needed to, to allow that coverage to be as if it never left was not an option. So much for being a "good neighbor". Take this review as you will, 2 stars because I don't believe that 1-stars get noticed. Otherwise 1 star or less. Doug"
