"Life has been hard lately I have a good job and have barely enough to cover all the bills and buy groceries. I keep getting unexpected charges from everywhere and the cost of living has gone up to where even with a good job I’m back at the poverty line. My insurance went up by $70 with a renewal even though I have no tickets or accidents. By the time I spoke with Lacey Cathcart from farmers I was nearly in tears and so frustrated. My fear as a mom was setting in that I’m not going to be able to keep my insurance. She was so calm and patient and listened to me vent. She had no idea about the hardships I have faced and how hard I have worked to come out of addiction and build a life for my kids. She had no idea how scared I have been about finances and how rude people have been when I call and try to get payments down to where they were manageable. She just listened and did all she could to get me a new policy. She followed through and did what she said she was going to do and has made my life feel easier. Long review I know, but being good at your job should get recognized by the people you serve. Thanks for everything Farmers."
