"This company has no direct line available where customers can speak to a human being. I have been leaving voicemails and trying to get someone to contact me for three weeks and have had no luck. We have purchased an Excavation Bond and a Utility Bond through them for multiple years, and when we renewed this year they sent me bond documents with the same dates as last year. According to the "official" bond documents that we have, we are not currently covered even though the receipt that they sent says that we are. We are currently unable to move forward with one of our excavation jobs because our city does not have a current bond on file for us. I am unable to contact Surety Solutions to get this mistake corrected. Do not use this company if you value the ability to speak directly to a human being versus being drug through an automated phone system."
