They answered my list of questions and even jumped on the computer to help research things further when I asked about specific accessories. I was able to demo the two models I was deciding between. There wasn't any sales pressure, just a caring and kind attitude. Ended up getting a Sebo D4 canister vacuum and a Pet Value Pack accessory kit. Looking forward to coming back for future needs and regular service."
"Took my sewing machine in for a fix. Agreed to a full service then tech pointed out I could do the $15 for 15 min version. Fixed it in a few minutes. Also had the walking foot I wanted in stock & showed me how to install it. Had the cord in stock for my treadle machine too! Outstanding repair person, very fast & knowledgeable, asked for confirmation from boss on one detail. Incredibly nice, toted my machine for me. I thought I'd have to leave the machine a few days; I was home with it in half an hour. OUTSTANDING."
