He was the general contractor for vendors like the plumber and electrician, and did most of the tile work himself. The bathroom is stunning. Alec kept us informed on the schedule, kept us on task on the decisions we had to make, and is a perfectionist in his work. There were several little touches he did that also made a nice difference (digital timer on the new fan, extending the pan underneath the tile beyond the shower just in case there are accidental splashes, etc.). He’s done a lot of bathrooms, so we also relied on his advice, with excellent results. And the price was reasonable. Alex is in Kaiser but does a lot of work in Portland, so doing our project in Oregon City wasn’t unusual. And… he’s a really nice guy who is conscientious about making sure we were happy."
