"Had a real rough time with this young lady and getting my phone turned on. She was upset I took their phone back for one I bought on the internet. She threatened to not be able to help me and seemed to be trying to make me feel stupid for not knowing the process of turning on a phone (something she does every day and I have no clue about). Really proud of myself for not blowing up on her and cutting service. The fact my wife is attached to the line is the only reason I didn't."

"Most employees tried to be helpful with a phone issue I was having, with the notable exception of Miguel, who was quite frustrating to work with and told me the wrong policy multiple times until he realized he misread it. It left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth (and I still dont have a working phone). Overall nice staff... just wait until you can get someone other than Miguel."
