Appliance Wizard was unable to make an appt due to the recent ice storm but called, walked through the issue and ordered the parts. Then when they came out within a couple weeks they had the parts in hand! They were on time, performed the repair in an efficient and knowledgeable fashion and I was able to get on with my day.
