"The people at this place are great. Phone calls are efficient and friendly. Appointments are scheduled quickly and clearly. All the techs I've had sent out know what they are doing. Listen to my answer when they ask What's going on? Service is quick and repairs are fast and affordable. What was wrong, what was done to fix it and maintenance needs are always clearly explained. And everyone is patient when I have questions. I have a newer 90%+ gas furnace and a fireplace insert, both with dumb annoying design flaws. Poor condensation management in furnace and poor shielding of Electronics in fireplace. Techs have suggested better maintenance I can do to prevent issues. Very helpful!!"

"Scott did a phenomenal job! Our “logs” for our gas fire place were not positioned right blocking where the gas comes out so he fixed that, put in more “embers” and deep cleaned the whole thing. It looks magical now!! He even sold us a batter pack hook up so that if our power goes out we can still use the gas fireplace by putting batteries in. Scott went above and beyond what we thought was possible and he was so nice and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and educated on me on upkeep.
