"Was going for a single star here until the repair man stepped in and saved the day. We had a scheduling issue created by Lowes who sent out Sharper Solutions to repair on a extended warranty plan. Due to the scheduling problem we missed our appointment, and the scheduling department at Sharper Solutions told me it would be two more weeks before they could get back out. I contacted the tech Ramon directly and he took care of me. He added an extra call at the end of his already long day. "The technician continuously rescheduled our appointment four times, citing personal reasons. Despite their reassurances, they failed to show up each time, causing me to rearrange my plans to accommodate their schedule. This morning, they were supposed to arrive between 7-9 AM, but after 9, I received a text saying they were running 30-40 minutes late. Despite my understanding, they never arrived. When I reached out, they informed me they would need to reschedule again. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical.
