"Your rep Tanya, needs a course in customer service; she was not only rude to me your long time customer; but extremely rude to your probably fairly new uscan service rep; he didn't know how to help me with a digital coupon so referred me to customer service; where I had to deal with the rude and dismissive Tanya! I will go to Newberg store instead where I am consistently treated like a valued customer! Your store consistently also has the most issues with incorrect pricing; which necessitates a return to get credits fort mismarked product! 1 star is kind, for me you're negative 5!"
"not the regular safeway we shop at, husband stopped by before and after his dentist appt to get the Friday Frenzy deal for dungeness crab (9/1/23) and also our normal weekly grocery shopping. No limitations were mentioned on the weekly ad, but when husband stopped by again, the seafood guy said he doesn't want to sell it to my husband, his literal words were, "ah, I'm not complaining, but I don't want to sell this to you" HUH??????? Totally understand if there's a pound limit or something, but to tell a customer this was totally unacceptable. Husband was a bit in shock and didnt want to get more bc of what the guy said, but his love for da wife took over so he decided not to say anything and patiently wait until the guy gave him 3 lbs (the guy was waiting for my husband to say forget it, or it's ok, or something along those lines). Again, totally OK to enforce any lb-limit or something if that was the rule, but to tell a customer that you don't want to sell it to them just bc they came by again... was so rude... to put it nicely..."
"I always appreciate our local Safeway and staff. This location is super friendly, organized, and clean. Although prices are a little steep, it's worth it for the better quality and diversity of produce. They're also our favorite place for store bought fried chicken and JoJo potatoes. Ready to get in and out of the store too. Thanks Safeway!"
