"Tech, Jose, arrived on time and was very pleasant. After getting our review of what has been happening with our heat pump, Jose knew what had caused the issues we had been having and was able to reset our system back to working order. He then set the thermostat and waited be sure he had made the correct adjustments. Jose is a very kind and polite tech, making sure we understood what had happened and why. We were pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Jose offered us the available maintenance contract and helped to set that up. Should we need service again, we would welcome Jose back as a tech."

Jose took the time to explain how the new systems worked, helped me understand the steps to take before the install, gave me a free duct cleaning for the house (which has likely never been done since it was built!), and even a free first service on my new equipment! Jose also helped me sign up for a financing package that fit my needs. It makes such a big difference, in this economy, to have trustworthy and talented people helping with taking care of your home. "Blake Wilson was our service tech. Unfortunately my air conditioner had stopped working on this last stint of 100 degree days, making me desperate for help. I had called multiple other places in and around Salem with no luck of getting a tome scheduled until I had called Aire Serve. They had told me that I they'd be able to squeeze me in during a 4 hour window of time. Within an hour Blake was at my front door with a great attitude and pleasant demeanor. I showed him the issue and he got right to work. He was able to identify the problem in minutes, explained to how the conducer worked (this was the problem with my AC) and how the AC worked overall. Very was very quick, thorough and polite, and very knowledgeable and professional. Blake had said that he has been taking as many calls as possible to help get AC problems fixed because he considers this an emergency since it is so hot outside and he just wants to help as many people as possible and he is even happy to do so. I would 10/10 recommend these guys to everyone. The lady answering the phone to assist in helping set up the appointment was extremely kind and helpful too! they all deserve 5 stars."
