"A simple service request to replace battery and alternator resulted in insane amounts of mold growing inside the car. My guess is they left a window or door open as there was water in the passenger floor. It took a week to hear back from the center and they offered no help other than to ask me to bring the car back so they can charge me to diagnose if there's a leak. There's no leak, I've had the car for years in Oregon without it managing to grow mold, probably because I leave the windows and doors closed. Extremely disappointing service."
