"Service is 5-stars, but their sales dept. is a bit sleazy. We received a hand written letter from their GM saying "we have a customer that wants to buy your car - we're prepared to offer you well above market value for it, please call us." Turns out there wasn't a customer - they just wanted to increase their used car inventory. And the amount they offered was $5k below Kelley Blue Book value (not "well above"). To the GM: I understand that used cars are in low supply right now, but don't send customers letters with misleading info. Just say that you're interested and would like to chat. No gimmicks or false promises. Honesty and integrity still matter to some folks."
"I had an apt for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went great but my tire rotation was forgotten and not done. 2nd time it's happened in last 2 years so not to bad. I just had to make an extra stop to get tires rotated at swabs. Other then that, it went good!"
"Had a great experience getting my Silverado serviced. Shelby Parker was my service attendant. She was very helpful and helped me with not only getting my oil changed but also arranged for me to get a ride to a local restaurant for breakfast. Great service and nice people. I will be getting my car serviced here from now on."
