"Beyond happy with the work and customer service at REV Auto. I unfortunately got tangled in an accident that damaged the front of my chevy and scratched and broke various peices down the the entirety of the side. I was very stressed as where to take my truck as I've seen very poor work come from other body shops around. I did my research and eventually found REV Auto. After viewing some photos on their social media's I went in for an estimate. They were immediately very welcoming and the owner was even involved from the get go. There were a few times that they informed me of the next steps to take, many times days in advance of my own insurance company. They did a good job of keeping me informed while they had my vehicle and were always friendly. I was beyond happy with the work performed after I picked my truck up. There's absolutely nothing that indicates my vehicle was ever in an accident. While I hope I don't encounter another accident I will happily return to this company for more work if I ever needed it!"

"I was advised by my trusted auto maintenance mechanic to have my car towed to REV Auto Body & Restorations after an accident. I received such personal treatment, even calling my insurance claims representative, who had told me to clean out my car as they were going to tow it to Eugene to wait for the estimate for repairs. She was told they could keep my car here and REV would do the estimate faster. She agreed. This gave me time to make a couple of return trips to retrieve items I had forgotten in my car, or call and have REV do that and hold them for me. I believe they gave a very fair estimate, explaining it to me, and I was very happy with the "totaled" settlement from the insurance company."
