"Our older motorhome broke down while traveling through Roseburg Oregon. Truly, we felt so vulnerable and I was afraid our sweet motorhome was toast. However they had it fixed in 2 days. First, what you need to know: these men are experts in what they do, they’re ethical and timely (problems while traveling are always an ‘emergency’ to the traveler). And their prices are fair. Plus their shop looked clean and organized. As a bonus, they were personable, helpful and kind. If we ever breakdown again, I hope it’s near them. Words can’t express how grateful we are. "If you’re in a hurry and all other places are booked for more than a week out. This guys are the ones you’re looking for, TRUST ME!!! My 2021 RAM 3500 had a broken fuel line, and the mechanic got all the way down to the main problem. And fixed all of that in less the 4 hours. Price still was the same as they quoted me for. All the mechanics are super friendly and can’t say less about front desk. Truck had to stay over night and they even offered me a ride to a hotel. I appreciate that they push everything to the side and started working on my vehicle since they knew I wasn’t a local guy and that I was on a hurry to get back on the road. My truck has had minor problems then what I took it in to this shop, and yet this guys have been the most friendly, helpful, fastest of them all. Lunch on me next time I’m around!"
"I would like to give a shot out to the folks at Scofield Automotive!! I called with an engine issue with my RV and after consulting with Terry, I was able to nurse my RV to their shop and was assigned to Dillon, who quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and repaired the engine. Great service and at a great price. You cannot go wrong with bringing your vehicle here for service."
