"2/14/24: The brisket itself is pretty good 4/5*, but the barbecue sauce has no nuance and tastes like a mediocre grocery store brand. Same with the baked beans. Very friendly service though so 5* for that."

"What a great little hole in the wall barbecue spot to visit. I tried the two meat combo for lunch with the brisket and the ribs, the barbecue baked beans, and their potato salad. The ribs were fantastic, they had just the right amount of smoke on them, and were super meaty, and the brisket melts in your mouth. I highly recommend the beans, they seem to have a lot of their pulled pork and incorporated into them, and they are just delicious. Potato salad was excellent as well, but I would add a little paprika and salt, my personal preference. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and I had my order up within five minutes. Perfect fuel for a 16 Hour drive. They are located about four minutes off of I five so it’s pretty easy to make the detour if you’re traveling. I’m definitely making this place my go to for lunch when I’m traveling on business."

"I've been here a few times but this time wasn't good. Grabbed a brisket plate with 2 sides and it had no flavor, no bark, etc. Edit: Changing review to a 3 from a 1 because the food has been very good in the past."

"Thanks for taking the time to read my review, if you like the review please give it a thumbs up! At the bottom I list what was included in the meals that we ordered... Oregon Barbecue Company it's just a small walk up / drive up barbecue joint, with high-quality barbecued meats, and I tried them all! They were all tender and jucy with a nice smoked flavor. The best meats in my opinion were the brisket, ribs and the pulled pork! The standout side dishes for my taste were most definitely the baked beans, followed by either the sweet corn for the potato salad... We ordered the Buckle Buster, Brisket Plate and the Lazy Dog.. The Buckle Buster included: 2 ribs, pulled pork, sliced brisket, chicken a sausage and all 4 side dishes (coleslaw, baked beans, sweet corn add potato salad) The brisket plate included: A generous portion of sliced brisket, and two side dishes. The lazy dog is a smoked sausage on a bun topped with pulled pork and coleslaw. Service was friendly, prices were very reasonable, the quality was excellent, I will definitely return next time I'm in the area! The only suggestion or recommendation that I would have, would be to add collard greens as a side dish..... it's just something I always look forward to with my barbecue :-)"
