"Today, upon delivery, Kelly's Furniture severely damaged our hardwood floor. Deep scratches were caused from a metal nail on the bottom of the ottoman that they delivered and moved while setting up the sectional couch.. Here are some photos of the gouges. We immediately went back to the store and brought photos, plus the cap with the nail. Instead of taking care of us, the rep gave us an incorrect email address to send them the photos and would not help. We have reached back out but no response yet. This poor customer care by Kelly's has caused uneeded stress."
