"I took my car for some work and they damaged a panel and denied it was them. They also took over a month to get the car back to me to try and make it look like the damage has already been there. I took the car is and he’s like okay no biggie I’ll order the part and get it fixed up. 3 weeks later I call and he said he just got the part “yesterday”. 3 weeks later (I don’t like bothering people, I like to let them do a good job and take their time and not rush) I call the guy and he says oh it’s been ready I just didn’t have your number. They also failed to provide me with receipts he just brushed it off as oh you don’t need that. He gave me a hand written receipt when I initially paid for the part. I’m like whatever. For some reason the center console/ dash looked like it was taken out when all the work was on the body. I don’t get these guys. Maybe they know my enemies lol. Either way I’m reporting them to the BBB I don’t think they’re running a legit business. As stated they did not want to give me receipts for work performed. If you go there, ask for receipts ahead of time see what they say. Ask for a write up of the work to be performed"
