"Great service on my Kenmore elite vacuum head. It was very dirty and full of pet hair. Owner was present at time of drop off and pick up. Did call be back when the repair was complete and price was reasonable. Thanks"

"I brought in my vacuum hose assembly because it was stuck. It was the button and the guy said he couldn't get that part. Tried to sell me a new hose for$150. He also wanted to keep broken part, I said no, I can get it. I just ordered it for 2.49 . Not right. I was thankful they got it apart because my husband died and he was able to do some trick to get it apart... But I couldn't."
