What an awesome gesture to not charge me of the extra work done replacing and fixing the visor because there was a delivery delay (mind you it was the courier’s end not Lithia due to weather). "Erica is great, so the one star I'm forced to give, goes to her.. The short version - if you chose Lithia because your insurance guarantees their work, save yourself some time and frustration and take it to Lithia Body and Paint in Medford. The long version - I've taken two vehicles to Lithia Body and Paint in Roseburg and had issues with both repairs. This time, I was very dissatisfied with Trent's reaction to the repair issues. I felt like he thought I was nitpicking small details, when I really wasn't. You could see from a distance that my hood was misaligned by more than 1/4", my brand new bumper had a ripple in it, and the tech tightened a bolt so tight that he cracked it, there were still large, broken pieces of plastic from the accident next to a part that was "holding up the repair".. the horn wasn't even bolted down correctly.. my car also came back missing 1/2 tank of fuel. The paint job was horrendous... The list goes on and on, but you get the point... it should have never left the shop looking the way it did and when I returned with the issues, I feel like it should've been handled differently than telling me to come back in a few weeks and they'll go over the mistakes. I took my car to Medford and had it back before Roseburg would have even looked at it."

"Not happy with their work. This is the blood from hitting a deer after they had my car 3 weeks and then as second time for 2 1/2 hrs yet still didn't clean it!! The part they fixed they did good however taking it somewhere else to finish being repaired."
