The receptionist was very friendly, bubbly, and cheerfully took my call, then promptly scheduled me for the very next day for fireplace service. She recommended Brandon, who I had also noticed in the positive online reviews. Brandon contacted me early and said he was running ahead of schedule and arrived 10 minutes later. He proved to be very knowledgeable and professional as mentioned in the online reviews. "Alpine repaired my heat pump after storm damage. The initial technician did a thorough job checking my system and assured me the heat pump was repairable for much cheaper than replacement. When the parts came in, another technician came out the next day and completed the repair. Everyone did a great job. Good communication all around. Prices were very competitive."

My appointment wasn't until noon, but he finished his prior job early and made the offer to head out early for service on my 1 year old Furnace and Air Conditioning unit. "Drew first came out to my 1910 farmhouse house in 2017. I doubt he even remembers the job since it was so long ago! Three other HVAC companies had been out and they wanted to install ductless systems when I wanted a ducted system (to fit with the character of the house). The studs were exposed so it wasn’t a matter of destroying walls. Drew listened to my vision and then got creative. The beams go different directions on the top and bottom floors so he had to really think about the placement of the ducting. He did though, and I appreciated his willingness to problem-solve. I still have his card on my kitchen wall, and I recommend Alpine to everyone that even hints at needing heating or cooling changes done to their home. They installed a gas furnace in my attic and an AC unit outside, plus all the ductwork. I am super happy with the value of the work, the knowledge of the crews, and I won’t forget how Drew helped me get heat into my house when others said it couldn’t be done. Thank you Alpine!"
