"My overall experience was factored into this rating. Starting out I was assured there wouldn’t be an issue with using a warranty company. They failed to properly show the car to the adjuster which caused the approval to take substantially longer. The adjuster had to come out numerous times and the shop had the audacity to charge me for the extended diag time due to their ignorance. They mis diagnosed the car on numerous occasions while causing an even bigger failure. I even had to find the motor for them because they couldn’t. They added items to the repair that weren’t necessary to get more money out of the warranty company. Didn’t once give an accurate timeline. In all my car was with them for over 5 months for an engine replacement. Fortunately for me I have multiple cars because if I didn’t this would’ve caused me to lose my job. They are dishonest and I think if people actually looked into there repairs they wouldn’t be in business. Their mechanic couldn’t even align my headlight properly. This was the first and last time I will use this shop and I highly advise against going to them. I could write on all day about the issues I have with this shop but this is the basic summary."
"Mercedes dealership wanted $22,000 to replace a front axle on a G63. Prestige did it for $5,000, and when I drove in unannounced a year later they remembered my name! What more can you ask for? (FTR, I’ve driven 8,000 miles since their work with ZERO issues. 5/5, 10/10, whatever scale you are using to rate Prestige Auto, they are operating at 100%."
