"Russ did an oil change and inspection on my Mercedes C300 yesterday and I am so happy with the customer service. Kimberly, the receptionist was so kind and explained things to me in a way that made sense but also did not make me feel dumb. There are a couple other small things that need to be done on my car that were explained to me but she made it clear that they can wait until I can afford to fix it. She did not pressure me to do anything I could not afford at the moment or make things sound worse than they are which, in my experience, lots of shops do so that they can make more money. "My name is Michael i brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in to Russ to get a new clutch put into my jeep. When I went to drop my jeep off I noticed another jeep in the back and my confidence on dropping it off went up. Then the front desk lady says Russ is about to pull in a few minutes. I seen he drove a jeep gladiator then I knew I made the right choice on choosing T&R Automotive. He finished the job in a few days I was pleased with the work him and his team did. Close to 3 months down the road the throw out bearing went faulty and I noticed a lot of chatter coming from the transmission when I would push in the clutch and let the clutch out so I instantly call T&R and explained my situation and with out hesitation they said bring it in. They held up to there warranty without arguing it:) they didn’t charge me anything. I am proud to say T&R automotive is a outstanding company! I will definitely keep doing business with them."
