I called before they could respond and what ya know as soon as I called the young lady at the front desk knew exactly who I was and was soon to call me. "This place is a rip-off. I brought my laptop there to be fixed and was told after they took it apart that it couldn't be fixed and they couldn't put it back in its original state. So my laptop that worked now doesn't. My battery had an issue and they had to take it out that I understand, my screen had a crack on it and they said it was too replace. That was fine except they didn't replace the laptop to its original state even if I just had to buy a battery I would have understood but no they took it apart and couldn't put it back and then said they could help me find one for the price they were gonna use to fix it. They did not compensate me for the laptop they BROKE and basically said sometimes things can't be fixed and it's no one's fault.They are a Scam please don't waste your time or your money"
