"Well was quoted a price for a job and when it was done it was double the price. No one called me to tell me that things were added on that needed to be fixed. Than was told that the part was a certain price called napa and of course it was not that price it was 100 cheaper. I should of been called if there was more to the bill than what was quoted. Not a way to run a business"

"The owner was professional and very kind. Went here after the place down the street gave us a bum job. The Radiator shop handled the job and priced the job before doing the work so there where no surprises of added cost at the end. They got the job done in a timely manner and were in touch with us through the process. I highly recommend this company."

"The two men at the front were helpful, communicative, and professional--both on the phone and in person. That is why it made no sense to me that they would sit idlely by and allow their mechanic to continually interrupt and overspeak a would-be customer as he explained a situation about his car. Although they are not responsible for that young man's refusal to acknowledge that he was talking to a paying customer who was twice his age, they are certainly responsible for failing to intervene and address this. Because they have decided to dismiss tenets of basic courtesy and respect in business, I have decided to take my money and trust elsewhere--both now, and in the future. I strongly advise ALL others away from this shop, as well!"

"If you're like me, auto repairs are stressful. Not knowing who to trust and unsure if the work will be done right have caused me to let repairs linger. I'm so glad this shop was recommended to me. They do great work and have consistently been the least expensive option for some pretty big repairs on my 10 year old car."
