"I brought my car somewhere else and spent thousands, only to go back repeatedly for the same issue. Now, my car has same issue again and I need to find another place. I looked on the internet and found Sam at Alamo Auto repair. They have excellent reviews but I was a tad nervous. Well, while I waited for my ride to pick me up, Sam and his lovely wife, Michelle, started working on my car. Within minutes, he found the problem that the other place miraculously missed over and over. He brought the part over to me and I saw it with my own eyes. If I could see it, and Sam found it within minutes, how on earth did the other popular place on the westbank miss it. Sam was quick, efficient and fixed my car the same day at an extremely fair price. The other place kept my car for days, leaving me stranded and spending hundreds on a rental car., and still never fixed the issue. In addition to being caring, honest people, they have the sweetest rescue dog, Tia, and shop cat, Mimi, that just add to the wonderful character of Michelle and Sam. If I could give them more stars, I would. I recommend this place with my whole heart. I just wish I found Sam at Alamo years earlier."
