"took a truck here for an oil change because they insist they do it themselves. like ok fine i like my warranty anyway. so i drop it off. i come back four hours later and they inform me the department is out for the day and they had no intention of finishing my truck the same day. that's not what i was told before. i had to walk an hour and a half home because they didn't communicate it wouldn't be done same day. just another bad westbank business."
"I never post terrible reviews but here's one. They literally don't care at all to help you find a vehicle. I was looking to buy and pay cash for one and the few people I spoke with acted like they couldn't be bothered. I didn't feel like leaving the Westbank so I came to this one. I needed a new car that day and knew which one I wanted. I should have paid attention to the reviews. Anyways I found a new car at another dealership. Don't go here. Not sure what their deal is."
