"Service is good. Polite personnel at the desk. It was the usual dealership experience. You bring in the car. The problem is assessed. You approve the work because your told that will solve the problem. Repairs are made and from what I was told the symptoms after all the repairs were made were similar to why I brought the car in initially. The 2nd diagnosis and repair solved the problem. Great news! I believe the cost would have been extremely cheaper if someone has taken a bit more time to focus on the real problem. I trust dealership technicians to be experts for their brand. I believe if the expert had made the initial diagnoses I may have paid less. Overall, my car is running great. The engine light is off. A few maintenance repairs were made. The work WAS discounted. However, the cost was still expensive."
