"This is not a reflection of the quality of the technician that responded to my house but rather a critique on company policy. I’ll preface this by saying that I take no issue with paying for time and labor for a problem call, I do however take great issue with a company that charges an entire service rate ($135) when it’s found within 15 minutes that the problem is not in their wheelhouse. Charge me for the time and travel for the tech to come sure, no problem, charge me $135 dollars for them to essentially say call someone else, no. That’s just poor customer service in my book."
