"I carried my 2015 Buick Enclave to J&M for an AC repair job in 2023. While my vehicle was at the shop the rear driver’s side door was damaged. I could very easily see how my vehicle could have gotten damaged because the numerous vehicles at the shop were packed in like sardines in a can. I confronted Jimmy about my damaged vehicle. He questioned his mechanics and of course no one owned up to it. When I left the shop Jimmy stated to me that he would have to review his camera tapes. Over the course of about an 8 month period when I would speak to Jimmy about repairing my damaged door, he would offer some type of excuse but he assured me that he would do right by me. We are now in the year 2024 and to this day Jimmy has not done right by me."
