We were traveling from Florida to Texas with a school trailer, when a damaged tire was discovered on the trailer. Within 15 minutes of walking in, they had placed the spare on and we were rolling down the road. Wow. You don't find friendly service like this very often."

There was one man who was always there and so nice but he’s never there anymore only that mean lady who I guess is the owner. I witnessed her being very rude to multiple employees. I cannot recommend this place any longer."
"From the time you walk in Joe's, you know it's all about customer and service. I was immediately greeted and asked what could they do for me. The young man who inspected my tires and pointed out the problems that were there, was very informative. He explained my options and what concerns he had about my tires. They didn't happen to have the tires at that moment but assured me they could be there by noon the next day and they were there even before that. I am very happy with my purchase at Joe's and very appreciative of their all about the customer attitude. I would recommend this business anytime."
