"I called about a coolant flush at 2:30 pm. The lady that answered the phone said if I had it there before 3:00 that the mechanic would do it. I called my wife and she showed up at 2:51. The service man went back inside and said it was too late to do it. I called the lady back and said why did you tell me I could come? She said “I said before 3:00 and it is 2:55 right now.” I asked “so why did you tell me to come? It is before 3!” I said I would be taking my business elsewhere from now on. She was EXTREMELY rude and told me you can take it to ______ or ______. Then she hung up on me! So I drove right into TAKE 5 on Tech Dr and they gladly had me in and finished in 30 minutes. Highly recommend TAKE 5!! Service with a smile!!! Do NOT use Speedee….they obviously do not care about this customer today. Very very disappointing. I do not know who the lady was or if she was just having a bad day….but she flat lied to me, tried to tell me I did not know what I was talking about, had a very RUDE tone, then hung up on me."
"Best place for service. They go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb, they even crawled underneath and checked my spare for me. Clean bathroom but terrible coffee, I didn't come for the coffee, you can't miss using this service.......I was back in today, sometimes management or employees change but this service hasn't. as always, awesome service."
