"I've been a frequent visitor to Walgreens, and there's one thing I've noticed - there always seems to be a line, no matter what time you decide to go. Unfortunately, they almost never have the second lane open to help speed things up. It can be a bit frustrating because there's definitely always a wait. However, I must say that they are pretty good about keeping you informed regarding your prescriptions. Their automated system is quite handy, and they're diligent about letting you know when your meds are ready for pickup. What's also impressive is their ability to fill a prescription on the fly. If you need a prescription filled urgently, they typically manage to get it done within a 30-minute window, which is quite a relief. So, while the lines can be a hassle, their commitment to efficient prescription services definitely makes up for it"

"Walgreens on hwy 365 in port Arthur TX suck. To include shift lead Maria not limited to her along. They need to be retrained on customer service, not only my insurance which is Express scripts had placed me in a block and basically said this is who I will use. I use this pharmacy because of the 24 hour service, however there are other options but not available to me per my insurance. I will challenge express scripts in reference to locking all of their clients into having to place this box on all of us."
