"I was gifted this rod. It snapped while reeling in a slot redfish. It should not have snapped under that load especially where it broke. Because I didn't have a receipt, I was denied replacement. I didn't want money back. I just wanted another rod. I'm not usually the "Karen" but even the manager denied it."
