"This place is very high they have a abundance of stuff, but the prices for school clothes is like seventeen dollars a pair of pants. Eleven dollars for the shirts I can see, but the pants prices in this location. To say this place is in a small town they're prices is higher than the big City prices. This is ridiculously and sad that the Businesses of this town is draining these people dry. These Beauty Supply stores are wrong for the way they treat their regular customers. I hope a New Beauty Supply stores opens that's reasonable, the people in this area need more businesses that by the people and for the people. Just being honest!!"

"Customers are not allowed to try on wigs this facility on Gulfton. I'm curious...how will they ever expect to sell them? The wigs weren't presentable; no one at the wig counter during my visit after about 10 minutes later she finally arrived. She was very unfriendly in the wig dept. Told her what I was interested in buying and she didn't comment...she just gave me a "strange quiet look" . The wigs were not styled... dusty and tangled...on display too long. Did not look fresh and new. There were over 100 wigs I doubt they will never sell. The store was neat in the aisle. Another different lady helped me check out in another area. Overall, the staff should be trained and ready to serve you with friendly and courteous service to keep customers coming back. I didn't see but only one customer in the store the entire time of my 25-minute visit. Very disappointed customer."

"First time ever visiting from Beaumont. Went because I heard prices were reasonable. Will NOT be back as staff was RUDE. Everytime I asked a question it was met with short answers. The only time she was pleasant was when I checked out and paid the bill. Her eyes lit up. The store does have a big selection however, but so does Star on 11th St and they're nicer. Fool me once."

"Tom's of items, clothes, jewelry, wigs, makeup... We go there to get school uniforms. There is a huge selection of these there for one stop shopping I think the biggest downside to the place is that they seem to want to save on AC. It's usually pretty warm in there during the spring summer months."
