"Possibly the worst bakery department I have ever been in. They messed up a cake I ordered twice. Was left standing at the counter for 15 minutes before a worker even approached me, and even when I was helped, my cake didn’t even have a label on it, along with it being smushed. First picture is the reference picture I sent to the worker, second is the abomination of a cake I received. Genuinely do better, no wonder everyone looks down on walmart employees."

"Recently, Wal-Mart has been under construction, and it has been in disarray. A lot of things are being removed and harder to find. it has been a bit over the place since the construction will update once they finish up. UPDATE ✅Overall, I had a positive experience shopping at this store. The layout was clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even better. However, I did notice that some items were no longer available or hard to find. This was a bit disappointing as I had my eye on a few items that I was unable to purchase. I understand that stock levels fluctuate, but it would have been helpful if the store had updated their inventory or had a display showing which items were out of stock. Furthermore, even though the store had a good variety of products, I did notice that some popular items were constantly sold out. It would be great if the store could restock these items more frequently to avoid disappointment for customers. On a more positive note, the store did have a good selection of alternative options for the out-of-stock items. So, I was still able to find similar products to what I was originally looking for. Overall, I would recommend this store to others. However, I do hope that they address the issue of out-of-stock items and work on restocking popular products more efficiently. This would greatly improve the overall shopping experience at the store.✅"

"Did a delivery order, clear instruction with Apartment and all. The driver had a passenger which was obviously the issue bc they delivered to wrong apartment. They were also super loud. Very unprofessional. I did an almost 10$ tip but quickly changed that to 0 because I had to go to another person's apartment to grab my items. This person needs to be fired. Their should only be one passenger to help prevent dumb mistakes."

"This is an amazingly clean store, which is a plus! I get curbside from here often as I work nearby. They are fast and so far, my orders have been correct. This has not always been the case for this store. Whatever has changed has been for the better. I highly recommend Walmart in Port Arthur."

"The store was remodeled and the grand opening was not until 2 days away but they opened today for a soft opening. I came in an hour before closing and they were patient in explaining all my options for my new eyeglasses and first time daily contacts for my daughter. Carol is the absolute best!!"
