"I went over there today in a very good mood and of course the girl that worked there acted as if she couldn't move her mouth and talk back to you. I asked her did she have any red baskets she would not answer me so I found one basket for myself. I complimented her on the store and she just looked at me like she was crazy and never said anything passing by really fast with attitude. When she cash me out I realize she was throwing my things and when she realized I was looking at her she tried to play it off and not throw my things. All I can say is if you got an attitude leave it at home don't bring it to the job people are getting sick and tired of bad customer service especially in the black neighborhoods. And don't try to ruin everybody else's day because yours is ruined. Have a blessed day."

"Terrible place and employees. I was needing some cat food. The whole cat department was surrounded by boxes. I was moving some boxes around to get to the can cat food and employee heard me complaining out loud and stopped and asked me what I needed. I said cat food and he said well there's some up top. He had pointed to those very little cans of fancy feast that is very expensive. I wanted the bigger , cheaper cans. He just said well I don't know what to tell you. How about moving the boxes out of my way???? Very rude employee. Family dollar you lost a customer for life. Dollar general is where I'll go. And I live further from D G but worth the trip."
"Great customer service and better service than any port Arthur family dollar I went to Gilliam circle's FD and they forgot the anti theft monitor on a pair of socks I brought for my son I thought it was a mistake so I returned the item and I was told I had to show a receipt . Once I showed the recipient not a problem no until I went back and the same thing happen when I purchased a pair of shoes same cashier as well. Also has The most cleanest park area I've ever seen the others are trashed like it hasn't been cleaned in months."
