"Well Saturday we went into New Orleans to buy a new chair. We thought we’d start with La-Z-Boy. A nice young man came forward to greet us and we told him what we were looking for. He brought us over to a chair that was close to the front of the store that we both sat in and figured out more details of our needs. He then directed us to another area of chairs that we also compared to what we needed. We did this a couple of more times but slowly figured out more details of our needs. We decided that the second chair would be a great fit for us and so bought two! And then matching end tables were included. The young salesman Joshua was so very helpful and made our experience so nice we enjoyed the rest of our day!!! Thank you Joshua"
"What a wonderful shopping experience! We were welcomed with smiles and casual conversations. Not paying attention to time, we arrived shortly before closing. There was no pressure, impatience, or mention of the time. Tracy was an absolute pleasure to work with, patient, and amused with my husband and my antics!
