"10 of us were there at 11am Monday for lunch. 90% of the food on the buffet was cold except for the soup. It was cold like out of a refrigerator. Turn on your buffet warmer or get it fixed. And one of the toilets in the ladies restroom was not working properly. We told the waitress about the food and she said "sorry about that." Told another waitress about the toilet. You didn't even offer us a discount for the cold food."
