Little Caesars Pizza

"If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I placed an online order at 5:30pm and scheduled pick up for 6:00pm. Pulled up to see several people waiting in the lobby, some leaving empty handed, and waited in the drive thru for OVER 30 minutes!!!!! Had I not already paid online, and had my sleeping toddler in the car, I would’ve went in and requested a refund. I will NOT be back. Off to Pizza Hut I go from now on. Not even an apology!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!"

"I don't know what's going on with this Little Caesars Pizza. I am disappointed every time I go. You would think that a hot and ready pizza meant that it was ready... But you have to wait at least 30 minutes. The people up front are great and very apologetic. I don't know if it's an appliance they are using or the manager, but something's got to give, it they will soon find themselves out of business."

"So I'm walking up to the door and the lady walks to the lock and locks it at 8:51 p.m. with me in clear site. I walk off my truck, frustrated of course. A guy from the store comes out to my truck. He's got an apron on and the Little Caesars attire and starts telling me I need to check my phone Because of the time and that I need to walk away politely. I corrected him on the time and he tells me to get out of the truck trying to physically intimidate me. I won't ever darken the doorway of another Little Caesars as long as I live. How literally unthinkable that turned out to be. By the way, they close at 11:00 p.m. and it's Friday night"

"If I could give zero I would! Ordered our pizza to be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. Also ordered a deep dish that we couldn’t eat because the dough was completely raw. Raw enough to where it looked like the cheese. We live 20 minutes away and couldn’t bring it back. Had to find something else to eat. Also the older short lady in the back was rude."

"Folks here made a Pizza for us, that looked like someone poured a pint of grease , all over the PIZZA, and cardboard box! ! The young manager type, said if they made a new pizza......it would be just like the one, I was expected to take home! Poor product, uncaring workers, and Time and hassles, and waiting for a new pizza to be made! ! I've never received such a TERRIBLE pizza as they SERVED here! I have had SUPERIOR FROZEN PIZZAS, much better, than what they made. I asked them to make us a Pizza that looked just like the T.V. adverts, what a joke! It didn't look like those T.V. PIZZAS at all! They wanted us to take HOME a soggy, & swimming in grease, poorly made pizza! ! My experiences from almost a year past, were also not pleasant either! I have no desires to RETURN to the restaurant. Indifferent help, & products at this restaurant. There's a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM here!"
