"How exactly am I sitting at the pay window for 10 minutes waiting for the line to move? The guy at the pay window did not greet me, I had to ask for my receipt his pants were falling down around his butt and he never once tried to pull them up. Get it together. Let me just add that night crew sucks. They are rude. No customer service skills at all."

"The problem was not the food . It was the ghastly manager that was abusing the staff the entire time I was in the building . I watched her talk loudly and horribly disrespectfully to an older employee and then as I ate my food, I had to listen to every word she said as a loud and offensively rude comments that would ruin the morale and spirit of anyone around. .She didn’t stop loudly reprimanding for one minute as if she was proud of herself. She needs a good lesson on how to actually inspire or manage people. Otherwise .. go find a job without people around . It made me want to cry. So if anyone who has a stake in this is reading - either get a much better manager or come here or please come hire the good employees away from this hell hole . No job is worth being publically humiliated . Employees should run fast and far away from this place . That will be sad for those who want to eat the food but maybe someone with sense will run it finally."
