"The company, Churches Chicken has closed their location in Jasper Tx. Lucky for me that I found this location at a truck stop just north of Carthage along the loop. I received great service. Food was good but the drive through is not effective because of an outside freezer. I do not know why so many Church's have closed. But they have the best food. And at least at this location great service."

"Customer service normally good except when a particular rude young lady is on duty. I feel silly saying thank you when I'm suppose to be the Customer. She has been there fir a while. I want call her out but she has Bern rude on several occasions to the customers. Customer service is very important. Business can really be affected by keeping these type of people at your establishment."
"The voicebox has been broken for I don't know how many year's and it's still broken in the present time. The cashier's were friendly providing pleasant service. I probably won't visit again due to the road work but the sweet tea, Apple pies & bourbon chicken are perfect."
