"I made an order of 4 different burgers and 2 of the 4 were wrong. I initially tried to use their app for the order but the app would not accept my debit or my credit card. So I drove down and ordered there. I had to send them back, twice, before the order was correct. They were not overly busy but my food took 10 minutes and then another 10 to get the burgers correct, so of course my fries and onion rings were ice cold before I got them home (a 4 minute drive)."
"Never again will I stop by this Sonic. Person working the speaker needs a serious attitude adjustment. Make me feel like I did something wrong or like I was rude to her from the beginning. Got 3 cheeseburgers into my order before I said no, cancel it. Never again. Joe needs to do better at hiring."
"We just stopped at the Sonic in Carthage TX. Little town, busy little restaurant! And the staff was so friendly! They were very fast, courteous, and efficient. They followed up with us several times, always chipper and kind. It was a great experience."
"Had to edit my own good review from months ago! We eat here at least once a week. Never had a problem until now. The little girl on the intercom was extremely short with us, obviously did not have patience at all. Cut our order off and didn't let us finish and when I complained about it, she retaliated with the following pictures of what is supposed to be gravy, and by shorting us sauce for pretzel sticks. We had to make a second order for my be to get his own food. He was very angry and wanted to leave but I told him to wait. Was not pleased with the outcome!"
